To utilize the BaseReps website and our services, please ensure that you have taken the time to read and understand the terms set forth below.
WEBSITE IMAGES
- All images displayed are authentic shots.
- Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
WEBSITE CONTENT
- Our products are subject to updates at regular intervals.
- Items not restocking soon will be indicated as “out of stock.”
- Due to multiple entities managing it, including factories and warehouses, stock levels are subject to change. We may not directly control them. An item can become out of stock after an order has been placed.
- Should you encounter any discrepancies in our content, we encourage you to notify the BaseReps team.
INVENTORY
- The inventory status on our site may sometimes be different from the exact real-time availability. If an item in your order is not available, we will reach out to offer an exchange or cancellation. By placing an order, you agree to this term, and we will not provide further clarification post-purchase.
PAYMENTS
- Payment methods are updated periodically.
- Older payment methods may be discontinued.
- Follow the instructions on the Payments page to complete your transaction.
- Manual payment is required for all methods except credit card payments.
- Extra charges may apply depending on the payment method, including bank fees or charges from third-party services, usually ranging from 1-8% of the order total. Any additional fees will be communicated to you.
BaseReps reserves the right to interpret the terms above.
DISCOUNT/COMPENSATION
- In the instance of returns, exchanges, or order issues, we offer either physical or non-physical compensation or discounts. Once a compensation agreement is reached, it cannot be altered.
QC PHOTOS
- Quality Control (QC) photos are not standard for every order. If required, request them during order placement, and we will provide photos via WhatsApp before shipping.
SHIPPING
- The choice of shipper is at our discretion to ensure optimal delivery service.
DUTIES & TAXES
- The recipient is responsible for any applicable taxes. Reports indicate that less than 1% of shipments to the EU and less than 0.1% in North America may incur surcharges.
DELIVERY TIME
- After payment, the order enters processing, which takes about 2-5 days before shipping, with tracking information to follow by email.
- Typical delivery takes up to 2 weeks, but we cannot guarantee this timeframe. We are not accountable for delays.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable if there are reasonable delays.
PACKAGE LOSS & SEIZURE
- In the event of a lost or seized package, a free reshipment is available if customs insurance was purchased. Otherwise, an additional cost for reshipment applies, with the extent of refund varying by case.
FAILED DELIVERY
- Monitor your shipment closely. Suppose a package is returned due to failed delivery, and we cannot secure it. In that case, you may incur additional reshipment costs or receive a partial refund.
POST-DELIVERY
- Upon order receipt, promptly verify its condition. We do not offer extended quality assurance for orders after a certain period.
AFTER-SALE SUPPORT
- Contact us via WhatsApp or Email for support. Information on orders older than 5 months will be deleted, so please reach out with any concerns promptly.
PRODUCT USAGE
- We are not liable for any consequences that arise from non-personal use of our products once purchased.
GOODS QUALITY CONTROL
- For returns and refunds not related to quality issues, refer to our return policy.
- Contact BaseReps for negotiations if serious quality problems are found within seven days of receiving your package.
- Customers are fully responsible for any damages due to personal negligence.
CUSTOMER INFORMATION
- BaseReps is dedicated to protecting customer privacy and will not share information with third parties.
- Order and inactive account information will be purged after a certain period.
