After placing your order, keep an eye on your email for a message containing your tracking number. Delivery typically takes about 8-13 days, but please note that customs checks or inclement weather may cause delays. If your package has not arrived within 25 days, get in touch with our customer service team so we can organize a re-delivery or issue a refund for you.

Our standard shipping charge is $20. For each pair of shoes, an additional $10 shipping fee is applied, while clothing and bags each incur a $10 shipping fee.

Should your package cease to update or be destroyed by customs, please reach out to our customer service to arrange for a re-shipment. Note that if UPS or DHL tracking indicates the package has been delivered, it will be considered as delivered by default.

For orders containing more than two items, your goods may be dispatched in multiple packages. Corresponding tracking numbers for each shipment will be provided once shipped.
